- This DSA ID is valid for one year from the date of approval and must be renewed annually.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. Providing false information will result in immediate termination of your DSA account.

- The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

- You must report any changes to your personal or contact information within 15 days of such changes.
